Wingate By Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel, Niagara Falls

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park, Seneca Casino, and many restaurants. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, with some areas left unattended during our stay. The service was professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, the dining options were disappointing with limited choices. The hotel offers a range of facilities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Upon arrival, the room was dirty but eventually got resolved. The room itself was very nice and spacious, and the breakfast served was very good. However, there was a lingering smell like stinky feet that was off-putting. The hotel faced issues that were eventually resolved.

I chose this hotel mainly for its swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was dirty and had broken stuff, which was quite a letdown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering nice conveniences like a fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, and safe. On the downside, housekeeping missed emptying the trash and providing enough towels during our two-night stay. The public bathrooms were not well-maintained; toilets weren't flushed, and there was a shortage of toilet paper.

The hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms with friendly staff and a great breakfast. However, the insulation could be improved as noise from the hallway was easily heard and cleanliness was lacking.

The hotel is located within walking distance of all the Niagara Falls attractions, which is great because parking near the falls is both expensive and limited. The rooms were equipped with appliances but had a smell of cigarettes, which is not ideal especially for my child. The surrounding area was clean enough and the staff were nice and welcoming.
